Detailed description

Rotor knife RMJZ0110-800 by CUTMETALL for recycling machines by Jenz GmbH.

Compatibility with machines:

This product is excellently applicable for cutting millses from Jenz GmbH.

Cutting performance and durability:

The cutting shape and the material used for constructing have a significant influence on the resistance and lifespan.

Based on cold-work steel as the material of the W8-variation, it is characterised by high toughness. In terms of insensitivity to impurities, this makes it perfect for demanding applications in most cases. This variant is sustainable, as it can usually be re-welded or re-armoured after the product has worn out. Consequently there is no breakage or machine damage afterwards. Nonetheless, the W8-version wears out faster compared to the Y-, X-, W- and W9-variations.

In this option, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears consistently over its lifetime.

General characteristics:

The subsequent dimensions are available: 110mm length, 70mm width, 12mm height.

Its cutting edge is inclined at 30°.

All our Premium Line components are produced only in Germany.
