Cutting performance and durability:

The cutting shape and the material used for constructing have a considerable effect on the resistance and knife life.

This B1-option is characterized by its insensitivity to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this variant. Nonetheless, knifes of this version wear out more quickly.

A knife of this variation is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the item irregular in terms of lifetime.

 

Fastening in the machine:

To allow the knife to be attached, it has a drilling for M30 threads.

It is imperative that the knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
