Detailed description

Knife HMZN0095-100 by CUTMETALL for recycling machines by Zeno Zerkleinerungsmaschinen.

Compatibility with machines:

For crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders by the company Zeno Zerkleinerungsmaschinen the knife is excellently fitting.

Cutting performance and durability:

The cutting shape and the material used for constructing have a significant influence on the resistance and lifespan.

This B1-version is characterized by its insensitivity to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this variant. Nonetheless, knives of this variation wear out more rapidly.

Products of this option are case-hardened, so that the hardness is significantly higher in the edge layer than in the core.

Fastening in the machine:

The knife has a drilling for fastening to M30 threads.

When installing the knife, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.

General characteristics:

This cutting crown is 95mm long, 95mm wide and 55mm high.

As this cutting crown belongs to the Premium Line, the item shown is exclusively made in German manufacturing.
