Compatibility with machines:

The knife can be used with the crusher, the shredder, the pre-shredder and the post-shredder of the Rudnick & Enners company.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of various materials and the variance in the cutting geometry, the spare part can be customised to the application area in terms of throughput and lifespan.

This knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-version, which is the standard variant in most break down applications.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between resistance to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Components of this option are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life span.

However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the items. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

 

Fastening in the machine:

To fasten the knife, the product to be adapted has a drilling for M20 threads.

It is imperative that the knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with flat supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.

 

General characteristics:

The measures of this component are 60mm in length, 58mm in width and 25mm in height.
