Cutting performance and durability:

The item can be customised to the application area, depending on the different materials and the variance in cutting shape.

The W3-variation wears faster than the Y-, X-, W- and W9-variants, but has a very high toughness. This options defies many impurities and is therefore ideal for demanding applications. This knife of the W8 can usually be welded or armoured on again without any subsequent breakage. The material is a cold work steel.

In this option, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the knife wears steadily over its lifetime.

Fastening in the machine:

For attaching, the cutter has a drilling for M12 threads.

When installing, please also assure that the support of the cutters is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
