Knife HMED0399-9DR-E from CUTMETALL for recycling machines from Eldan Recycling

 

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of various materials and varying the cutting shape, the cutting tool can be configured to the area of application in terms of throughput and lifespan.

By contrast, the W9-variation wears faster than the X-version due to its lower hardness. Also the insensitivity to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-variant is a notable feature compared to the X-option.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the tool life of the knife.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will significantly weaken the structure.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The knife is mounted right on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.

For attaching, the knife has a drilling for M16 threads.

When installing, please also ensure that the support of the knifes is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

 

General characteristics:

The knife is 399mm long, 65.8mm wide and 35mm high.

Since the knife is part of our Eco Line, the product offers a favourable alternative to the Premium Line.
