Cutting performance and durability:
The wear behaviour and thus also the longevity can be impacted by the material and the cutting geometry. This means that the performance can be well customised to the input material.
In comparison, the W9-version wears faster than the X-variant due to its lower hardness. Also the resistance to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-variation is a noteworthy feature compared to the X-option.
In this option, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the knife wears homogenously over its lifespan.
We emphasise that this version should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
The product has a drilling for attaching to M16 threads.
It is imperative that the knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.

This knife is 399mm long, 65.9mm wide and 25mm high.
