Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the tool life of the stator knife.
To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will acutely weaken the structure.
Fastening in the machine:
This stator knife can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 795mm. Due to the wide range of models, other configuration variations are possible.
When attaching, please also assure that the support of the knives is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
