Compatibility with machines:

For crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders by the producer Zerma (Amis) the knife is excellently fitting.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear behaviour and thus also the lifespan can be impacted by the material and the shape. This means that the performance can be well adjusted to the input.

The knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variant, which is the standard version in most applications.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between resistance to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures persistent wear over the lifetime of the knife.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the products. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

 

Fastening in the machine:

To allow the knife to be fastened, it has a drilling for M12 threads.

When installing, please also assure that the support of the knives is in an intact condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

The dimensions of this cutting tool are 34mm in length, 34mm in width and 20mm in height.
