In the X-variant, the knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard variation in most applications. It is identified by a medium hardness.

Here we offer you a perfect combination of insensitivity to wear and toughness at the same time.

In this option, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the knife wears evenly over its lifespan.

However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the components. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.
