In the X-version, the knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard option in most break down applications. It is characterised by a medium hardness.

Here we offer you a suitable combination of resistance to wear and toughness at the same time.

In this variant, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the knife wears steadily over its lifetime.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will fundamentally weaken the structure.
