This item presented is made of tool steel in the X-version, which is our standard option for most operational scenarios. The hardness of this chopper is in the medium range.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between resistance to wear and toughness simultaneously.

In this variant, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the chopper wears evenly over its lifespan.

However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the products. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

When installing, please also ensure that the support of the choppers is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
