Compatibility with machines:

This knife can be used for the crusher, the shredder, the pre-shredder and the post-shredder of the Lindner Recyclingtech company.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear and tear behaviour and thus also the service life can be impacted by the material and the cutting shape. This means that the efficiency can be well configured to the application area.

By contrast, the W9-variant wears more quickly than the X-variation due to its lower hardness. Also the resistance to impurities and the high toughness of the W9-option is a remarkable feature compared to the X-version.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the lifetime of the knife.

However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the spare parts. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

The measures of the spare part are 151.3mm in length, 91.8mm in width and 35mm in height.
