Compatibility with machines:

This knife can be used in the Lindner Jupiter, Lindner Meteor, and Lindner Saturn machine models from Lindner Recyclingtech.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear behaviour and thus also the longevity can be influenced by the material and the cutting shape. This means that the performance can be well adapted to the application area.

In the X-variant, the knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard variation in most break down applications. It is identified by a medium hardness.

This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.

Products of this version are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life span.

Hardfacing or welding on this option should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

 

General characteristics:

The knife is 116.6mm long, 116.6mm wide and 37mm high.

As part of our Eco Line, the knife offers a lower-priced alternative to the Premium Line.
