This rotor knife is fitting for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders from Jenz GmbH.

Cutting performance and durability:

The component can be adapted to the operational scenario, depending on the particular materials and the variance in shape.

The W3-variation wears faster than the Y-, X-, W- and W9-versions, but has a very high toughness. This version defies many impurities and is therefore suitable for demanding utilizations. This rotor knife of the W8 can usually be welded or armoured on again without any subsequent breakage. The material is a cold work steel.

In this option, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears evenly over its lifetime.
