In this variant, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the fillet knife wears steadily over its lifetime.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the components. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

When attaching the fillet knife, please ensure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
