This cutting screen is primarily intended for the Vogelsang Rotacut model series from Vogelsang.

 

Performance and screening behaviour:

In terms of throughput and tool life, the performance of the cutting screen can be adjusted by influencing it with different materials and a variance in geometry.

This A-variant is an excellent choice in terms of durability. It can withstand high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of resistant Hardox steel.

The cutouts of the cutting screen are spiral-shaped. Thus, both the hole sizes and the cutout shapes vary and do not have a uniform dimension. Except for the spaces in between, which are always 4mm. With this spare part, the input is dynamically screened and simultaneously shredded.

 

General characteristics:

As the cutting screen does not require any additional upgrades, the cutting screen has a sheet thickness of over 12mm. On top of that, the diameter of the product shown measures 260mm.
