Compatibility with machines:

This cutting crown is a perfect fit for the Vecoplan VAZ and Vecoplan VAZ 2500 series from the Vecoplan company.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The wear behaviour and thus also the knife life can be influenced by the material and the cutting geometry. This means that the performance can be well customised to the application.

In the H-variant, this product is equipped with additional carbide cutting edges. This allows a significantly increased service life in the machine, while power consumption, dust generation and the risk of breakage are noticeably reduced.

 

Fastening in the machine:

To allow the cutting crown to be attached, it has a drilling for M24 threads.

It is imperative that the cutting crown is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with flat supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.

 

General characteristics:

The subsequent dimensions are available: 80mm length, 80mm width, 45mm height.

The cutting crown belongs to the Carbide Line and is therefore provided with carbide cutting edges.
