This cutter has been designed for Weima WLK series by manufacturer Weima Maschinenbau GmbH.

The cutter is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-version, which is the standard variation in most areas of application.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures persistent wear over the service life of the cutter.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of cutting tools of this option, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.

 

Fastening in the machine:

This component has a drilling for installing to M20 threads.

The item suits knives and cutters with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the broad range of shredding models, further configuration options may be available.

When fitting the cutter, please ensure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
