Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures persistent wear over the service life of the cutter.
We highlight that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the cutter, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
To fasten the cutter, the spare part to be adapted has a drilling for M12 threads.
When fitting the cutter, please ensure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
General characteristics:
The measures of the product are 40mm in length, 40mm in width and 20mm in height.
As this cutter belongs to our Premium Line, the cutting tool shown comes exclusively from German manufacturing.
