In this variant, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears steadily over its lifetime.
We highlight that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the cutter, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
This component has a drilling for installing to M12 threads.
When attaching the cutter, please assure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
