The performance of this product depends primarily on the variation of the material and shape.

In the X-version, the cutter flat is made of tool steel, which is our standard option in most break down applications. It is defined by a medium hardness.

This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the service life of the cutter flat.

Hardfacing or welding on this variant should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

To fasten the cutter flat, the item to be fixed has a drilling for M24 threads.

When installing, please also ensure that the support of the cutters is in an ideal condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

The dimensions of this component are 80mm in length, 80mm in width and 45mm in height.
