Compatibility with machines:

The cutter can be combined with the Vecoplan VAZ, Vecoplan VAZ 2000, and Vecoplan VNZ models from the manufacturer Vecoplan.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The efficiency of this cutting tool depends predominantly on the version of the material and cutting shape.

This alloyed tool steel is 5 % softer than the X-variant and is therefore less sensitive to fractures. This makes this W-variation suitable for utilizations where impurities are present in the input. In return, however, this option has a shorter longevity.

Components of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its tool life.

However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the items. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

 

Fastening in the machine:

To allow the cutter to be attached, it has a drilling for M24 threads.

When attaching, please also ensure that the support of the cutters is in an intact condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

The dimensions of the product are 80mm in length, 80mm in width and 45mm in height.
