This B1-variant is characterized by its insensitivity to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this version. However, cutters of this variation wear out more quickly.

Cutting tools of this option are case-hardened, so that the hardness is noticeably higher in the edge layer than in the core.

 

Fastening in the machine:

To allow the cutter to be attached, it has a drilling for M24 threads.

It is imperative that the cutter is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.

The dimensions of the cutter are 80mm long, 80mm wide and 45mm high.
