Cutters made in this Y-option will increase the durability of your item. Due to the hardness the susceptibility to impurities is higher, which makes it easier to break.

Cutting tools of this variant are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains persistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its tool life.

Hardfacing or welding on this variation should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be significantly weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

The cutting tool has a drilling for installing to M24 threads.

It is imperative that the cutter is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.

General characteristics:

The dimensions of the cutter are 80mm long, 80mm wide and 45mm high.
