This X-variant cutter is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard option in most break down applications. Therefore, it has a medium hardness.

Here we offer you an ideal combination of insensitivity to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

In this version, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears evenly over its lifetime.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the products. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

To install the cutter, the spare part to be adapted has a drilling for M24 threads.

When installing the cutter, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.

The measures of this product are 80mm in length, 80mm in width and 45mm in height.
