Compatibility with machines:

For crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders by the company Weima Maschinenbau GmbH the cutter is perfectly fitting.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of different materials and the variance in the shape, the component can be customised to the break down application in terms of throughput and longevity.

The cutter is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-version, which is the standard option in most applications.

Here we offer you an ideal combination of resistance to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

In this variant, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears evenly over its lifetime.

Hardfacing or welding on this variation should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be seriously weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

To allow the cutter to be fastened, it has a drilling for M24 threads.

When installing, please also ensure that the support of the cutters is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

 

General characteristics:

The measures of the cutter are 80mm long, 80mm wide and 35mm high.
