This cutter can be used in shredding machines of the Weima WLK model series from Weima Maschinenbau GmbH.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The spare part can be customised to the application area, depending on the different materials and the variance in cutting geometry.

This product shown is made of tool steel in the X-version, which is our standard variant for most areas of application. The hardness of this cutter is in the medium range.

This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.

In this option, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears evenly over its lifetime.

Hardfacing or welding on this variation should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be seriously weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

For installing, the cutter has a drilling for M24 threads.

When attaching the cutter, please ensure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
