In the X-option, the cutter is made of tool steel, which is our standard version in most break down applications. It is identified by a medium hardness.

Here we offer you a perfect combination of insensitivity to wear and toughness at the same time.

In this variant, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears homogenously over its lifetime.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of spare parts of this variation, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally impaired. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

To allow the cutter to be attached, it has a drilling for M18 threads.

When installing, please also ensure that the support of the cutters is in an intact condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
