Compatibility with machines:

The cutter can be fitted for the Vecoplan VAZ and Vecoplan VAZ 1300 machine models from the producer Vecoplan.

Cutting performance and durability:

The efficiency of this item depends largely on the version of the material and shape.

Cutters in this W-variation are 5% softer in comparison to the X-variant and have a lower susceptibility to impurities. This part is made out of alloyed tool steel, which makes it perfect for demanding areas of applications. However this option has a shorter longevity.

Cutting tools of this option are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life cycle.

We underline that this version should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the cutter, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

For fastening, the cutter has a drilling for M20 threads.

When fitting the cutter, please ensure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.

The dimensions of the cutter are 60mm long, 60mm wide and 30mm high.

As this cutter belongs to the Premium Line, the cutting tool is exclusively made in German production.
