This item shown is made of tool steel in the X-option, which is our standard variant for most application scenarios. The hardness of this cutter is in the medium range.

Here we offer you a perfect combination of insensitivity to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

Products of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life span.

However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the cutting tools. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

The cutting tool has a drilling for fastening to M20 threads.

It is imperative that the cutter is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
