This cutter can be installed in the Vecoplan VAZ model manufactured by Vecoplan.

This X-option cutter is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard version in most application areas. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a beneficial compromise between resistance to wear and toughness.

Cutting tools of this variant are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains persistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life cycle.

We emphasise that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the cutter, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

To allow the cutter to be installed, it has a drilling for M20 threads.

When attaching, please also assure that the support of the cutters is in an ideal condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
