This counter knife can be fitted for the Vecoplan VAZ and Vecoplan VAZ 2000 machine models from the manufacturer Vecoplan.

In the X-version, this counter knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard variation in most break down applications. It is identified by a medium hardness.
Here you are offered a good compromise between insensitivity to wear and toughness.
Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the service life of the counter knife.
We emphasise that this variant should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the counter knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
Fastening in the machine:
To attach the counter knife, the spare to be adapted has a drilling for M18 threads.
It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with flat supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
