Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the lifetime of the cutter.

We underline that this variant should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the cutter, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

The cutter has a drilling for installing to M20 threads.

When attaching, please also assure that the support of the cutters is in an ideal condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
