Spare parts of this version are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its tool life.

Hardfacing or welding on this variant should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be seriously weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

This cutting tool has a drilling for fastening to M18 threads.

When fitting the cutter, please ensure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
