In this variant, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears homogenously over its lifespan.

Hardfacing or welding on this variant should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

To attach the cutter, the product to be adapted has a drilling for M18 threads.

When installing the cutter, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
