This product can be customised to the application area, depending on the particular materials and varying cutting geometry.

The spare part shown is made of tool steel in the X-option, which is our standard variant for most operational scenarios. The hardness of this cutter is in the medium range.

Here you are offered a good compromise between resistance to wear and toughness.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the tool life of the cutter.

However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the cutting tools. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

The cutter has a drilling for attaching to M20 threads.

It is imperative that the cutter is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.

General characteristics:

The measures of the cutter are 60mm long, 60mm wide and 30mm high.

As part of our Eco Line, the cutter offers a lower-priced alternative to the Premium Line.
