Hardfacing or welding on this version should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be acutely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

To install the cutter, the spare has a drilling for M18 threads.

When installing the cutter, please ensure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
