The efficiency of this component depends predominantly on the version of the material and cutting shape.
This B1-variation is characterized by its resistance to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this variant. Nonetheless, cutters of this option wear out more quickly.
In this variation, the cutting tools are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the item wears out less at the beginning of its life cycle, but its performance drops dramatically afterwards.
Fastening in the machine:
The cutter has a drilling for attaching to M20 threads.
When installing the cutter, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
