This cutter can be fitted for Vecoplan VAZ and Vecoplan VAZ 2500 machine models from the Vecoplan company.

In the X-variation, this cutter is made of tool steel, which is our standard version in most applications. It is defined by a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between resistance to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Cutting tools of this variant are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life span.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will acutely weaken the structure.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The cutter has a drilling for attaching to M18 threads.

When fitting the cutter, please ensure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.

 

General characteristics:

The subsequent measurements are available: 60mm length, 60mm width, 30mm height.
