Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures persistent wear over the tool life of the cutter.
To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will fundamentally weaken the structure.
Fastening in the machine:
The cutter has a drilling for installing to M16 threads.
When attaching, please also assure that the support of the cutters is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
