Compatibility with machines:

This cutter can be used with the crusher, the shredder and the post-shredder of the Zeno Zerkleinerungsmaschinen brand.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The shape and the material used for constructing have a considerable influence on the insensitivity and knife life.

The toughness of this B1-version is so high, due to the particular core strength, that the cutter of this variation ideally suits applications where the input material is loaded with impurities. However, it also wears out more quickly.

In this option, the spare parts are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the spare part wears out less at the beginning of its life span, but its performance drops dramatically afterwards.

 

Fastening in the machine:

The cutter has a drilling for installing to M12 threads.

It is imperative that the cutter is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
