This cutter is an ideal fit for the Vecoplan VAZ and Vecoplan VAZ 1300 model ranges from the Vecoplan company.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

The cutting geometry and the material used for constructing have a considerable impact on the insensitivity and product lifespan.

The cutter is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variation, which is the standard variant in most break down applications.

This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the tool life of the cutter.

Hardfacing or welding on this version should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be seriously weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

To install the cutter, the spare part to be adapted has a drilling for M14 threads.

When installing the cutter, please ensure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
