Products of this option are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its life cycle.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of cutting tools of this version, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.

 

Fastening in the machine:

To fasten the cutter, the spare part to be fixed has a drilling for M12 threads.

When installing, please also ensure that the support of the cutters is in an intact condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
