In this option, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears evenly over its lifetime.

We underline that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the cutter, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

For fastening, the cutter has a drilling for M12 threads.

It is imperative that the cutter is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with flat supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
