Cutting performance and durability:
The cutting shape and the material used for constructing have a significant effect on the resistance and knife life.
The toughness of this B1-version is so high, due to the particular core strength, that the cutter of this variation excellently suits applications where the input is contaminated with impurities. However, it also wears out more quickly.
Cutting tools of this variant are case-hardened, so that the hardness is noticeably higher in the edge layer than in the core.
Fastening in the machine:
The cutter has a drilling for attaching to M12 threads.
It is imperative that the cutter is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with flat supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
General characteristics:
The measurements of the cutter are 40mm long, 40mm wide and 20mm high.
As part of the Premium Line, this cutter is manufactured in Germany.
