Compatibility with machines:

This cutter can be used in the Lindner Antares, Lindner Vega, and Vecoplan VAZ model ranges from Vecoplan.

 

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of particular materials and varying the cutting geometry, the item can be adjusted to the application area in terms of throughput and durability.

Due to the alloyed tool steel of the Y-variant, it is approx. 5 % harder than the X-version. This means that a longer operating time can be secured. In comparison, however, the cutter is more susceptible to impurities, which can lead to breakage more quickly.

In this option, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears consistently over its lifetime.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will fundamentally weaken the structure.

 

Fastening in the machine:

To allow the cutter to be attached, it has a drilling for M12 threads.

When attaching the cutter, please ensure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
