This B1-variation is characterized by its insensitivity to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this option. Nonetheless, cutters of this variant wear out more rapidly.
In this option, the items are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the item wears out less at the beginning of its life, but its performance drops dramatically afterwards.
Fastening in the machine:
To attach the cutter, the product to be fixed has a drilling for M12 threads.
When installing, please also assure that the support of the cutters is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
General characteristics:
The measures of the cutter are 40mm long, 40mm wide and 20mm high.
