In this version, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears consistently over its lifespan.
It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of products of this variation, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally impaired. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.
Fastening in the machine:
The cutter has a drilling for fastening to M12 threads.
When fitting the cutter, please assure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
