In this option, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears consistently over its lifespan.

Hardfacing or welding on this version should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

 

Fastening in the machine:

To allow the cutter to be installed, it has a drilling for M12 threads.

When installing the cutter, please ensure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
